A strong visual identity is consistently on-brand, yet flexible and versatile

Work started with the development of a rich kit of assets, a brand slogan was crafted and visualized in stamp format. A color palette was chosen consisting of three core brand colors, typography sets were chosen to give flexibility in brand messaging and communication and a set of ownable assets of sea (food) creatures were created in blue (ocean) and green (plant-based) tones

Distinctive elements make brand styles. The more ownable, unique elements a brand has in its toolkit, the more diverse and broad it can express itself, whilst still ensuring messages feel on-brand.

A brand needs to be able to express itself in various different ways, all touchpoints together should create a consistent impression of a brand and should reflect its persona and purpose, regardless of media format or the channel through which the audience interacts with it.

It is nice to have identity guidelines. It is even nicer to have a style that travels

large corporate entities, need to be able to brand, express and communicate in many different ways. Having an easy-to-apply visual identity system that various (agency) partners are able to work with, using the assets to create a host of expressions that all feel on-brand is critical.
